At Quantalingo Ltd we are committed to ensuring that Strawbs.ai and/or any of our online channels, platforms, products or services, including all content contained therein (“Services”) are accessed and used only by adults who meet the applicable legal age requirements. Given the adult nature of the Services, we implement multi-layered age assurance measures designed to prevent underage access and to maintain a safe, lawful environment for all users. This Age Assurance Policy forms part of Quantalingo’s broader Policies, including the Terms of Service, Underage Policy, Blocked Content Policy, Community Guidelines and Content and Content Removal Policy. Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this Policy is to describe the effective age assurance measures applied on the Services. These measures are intended to:

• Restrict registration and access to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the higher legal age required in the user’s jurisdiction);
• Detect and prevent attempted access by minors;
• Support ongoing compliance with applicable age-related laws and regulations; and
• Integrate with our content moderation systems to prevent the generation or display of content that exploits or resembles minors.

2. Age Gate and Initial Access Controls

Before any user can enter the Services, an age gate is presented. Users must actively affirm that they are 18 years of age or older. A clear disclaimer states that:

• Access is restricted to adults aged 18 or above;
• Providing false age information constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and Policies; and
• Quantalingo Ltd reserves the right to request further verification at any time.

Technical controls prevent progression past the age gate unless the user confirms the required age. These controls form the first layer of our age assurance framework.

3. Third-Party Age Verification

We use a third-party age verification system from Yoti that applies additional checks to determine a user’s age before full access to any 18+ content is granted. This system is designed to provide a higher level of assurance than simple self-declaration alone.

Verification may include one or more of the following methods (as available and appropriate in the user’s jurisdiction):

• Document-based age checks;
• Knowledge-based or database verification; and/or
• Other technology-supported age estimation or confirmation techniques offered by the third-party provider.

Users may be required to complete age verification at registration, upon attempting to access certain features, or when triggered by risk signals. Failure to complete required verification will result in continued restricted access or denial of access to the Services.

4. Ongoing Monitoring and Re-verification

Age assurance does not end at initial registration. We apply ongoing measures that may include:

• Periodic or risk-based re-verification requests;
• Monitoring of account activity and behavioural signals that may indicate underage use;
• Integration with our proprietary content moderation systems and compliance AI agents, which flag potential underage-related activity or attempts to generate content resembling minors; and
• Manual review of flagged accounts or content by authorised personnel where necessary.

Where local legal requirements demand higher assurance standards, we implement additional measures as required.

5. User Responsibilities and Warranties

By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the higher legal age required where you live or access the Services);
• All age-related information you provide is true, accurate and complete; and
• You will not attempt to circumvent any age gate, verification process or technical control.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring your own compliance with local age laws. Quantalingo Ltd is not responsible for any misrepresentation of age by a user.

6. Consequences of Misrepresentation or Underage Access

Any attempt to access the Services by providing false age information, using another person’s credentials, or otherwise circumventing age assurance measures is a material breach of our Terms of Service and Policies. In such cases we may, without limitation:

• Immediately suspend or terminate the Account;
• Remove associated content;
• Block further access; and/or
• Report the matter to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

If a parent or guardian believes a minor has improperly accessed the Services, they should contact us promptly using the details in Section 8 so that access can be blocked and any necessary steps taken.

7. Integration with Content Safeguards

Our age assurance measures operate alongside the strict prohibitions set out in the Underage Policy, Blocked Content Policy and Community Guidelines. In particular:

• Attempts to generate AI content resembling minors are prohibited and subject to automated and manual review;
• Any content that exploits, sexualises or endangers minors is subject to zero-tolerance enforcement, including reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or other appropriate authorities; and
• Content moderation controls continuously monitor for policy breaches related to underage material.

9. Enforcement and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services by any user suspected of violating this Policy or any of our other Policies. Decisions regarding enforcement are made at our sole discretion and may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the Services.
